Description of Winding Core

The Winding core is the roller with the highest speed in the BOPP and BOPET lines. The surface of the winding core can be treated with electroplating hard chromium or coated with rubber. It is applicable to industries such as film and papermaking. Combining the high speed and high load-bearing capacity of the Winding core, Huatao uses a unique processing technology to control the dynamic balance of the Winding core at G1 level, with the runout within 0.4 mm. In addition, Huatao also provides other rollers used in the biaxially oriented film production line, including chill rollers, preheating rollers, MDO stretching rollers, MDO nip rollers, PRS cooling rollers, corona rollers, corona nip rollers and other high-tech and complex-structured rollers.
