MDO Nip roller used in MDO station of the biaxially oriented polyfilms production line, MDO nip roller is made from imported silicon gel and characterized by high machining accuracy, resistance to high temperature, good resilience, deformation free after long-term compression and other advantages. Applied in the equipment of Bruckner, Mitsubishi, DMT, Dornier and other lines, the MDO nip roller is proved that a good effect can be achieved.

(1). Material: Shaft and shell made of 45# steel, roller surface silicon gel covered.

(2). MDO nip roller surface hardness 70-80 Shore A.

(3). MDO nip roller working temperature upto 260℃.
