1. Description of Induction Heating Roller
The induction heating roller is a heating roller made based on the principle of heating metals by electromagnetic induction.
Compared with traditional oil heating rollers and water heating rollers, induction heating rollers have the advantages of high temperature, good temperature uniformity, easy maintenance, low energy consumption and no pollution. Induction heating rollers can be applied in various aspects such as calendering and shaping of sheet materials, surface calendering of textiles and foamed materials, hot pressing and lamination of films and various substrates, drying and stretching shaping of special paper and other materials, as well as hot embossing of anti-counterfeiting laser materials. They have a good effect on improving product quality, reducing energy consumption and improving the production environment.
2. Induction Heating Roller Specifications
(1) . Induction Roller size: Diameter from 80mm upto 2500mm, length upto 15000mm.
(2) . Material: High-quality 45# steel, alloy steel and special steel are selected, and advanced heat treatment processes are used for quenching and tempering, stress relief and hardening. The inner wall of the roller is precisely turned with uniform thickness, and the hardness after quenching can reach HRC55 ~ 58.
(3) . Heating method: Electromagnetic induction heating, with an energy-saving efficiency of 50% to 70%.
(4) . Maximum temperature upto 600℃.
(5) . Roller surface temperature difference: ≤ 1℃ within the effective working wide range of the roller surface.
(6) . Roller surface treatment: Hard chromium plating, Teflon coating, ceramic or tungsten carbide coating, followed by fine grinding and polishing, etc., with a roughness of Ra0.01(finish level 14).
